1. What we collect
Account data (name, email), study data (answers, scores, streaks, readiness score) and billing data (plan, subscription status, renewal and expiry dates, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers). We never receive or store your full card number, CVC or bank credentials.
2. How we use it
To provide the study platform, personalise your revision plan, unlock and maintain Premium access, send payment receipts and service emails, and improve the question bank.
3. Payment processing
Payments are handled by Stripe, which acts as an independent controller of your payment details. Stripe sends us confirmation of successful payments so we can activate the correct plan. Receipts are emailed by Stripe on our behalf.
4. Storage and security
Data is stored in a managed cloud database with row-level security, so each account can only read its own records. Premium entitlements are stored server-side and cannot be changed from your browser.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with processors needed to run the service (hosting, database, payment processing and email delivery), or where required by law.
6. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated study records by emailing support@sgbtt.org. Deleting your account cancels future billing.
