Refund Policy

1. Try before you pay
Every core feature has a free tier — 20 practice questions and 1 mock exam per day — so you can evaluate the platform before purchasing Premium.
2. 7-day goodwill refund
If you are unhappy with Premium, email support@sgbtt.org within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, provided you have not completed more than 3 mock exams in that period.
3. Renewals
Recurring renewals are not refundable once charged. Cancel before the renewal date in your account billing portal to avoid the next charge; access continues until the end of the paid period.
4. 3-Month Pass
The 3-month pass is a one-time payment with a fixed three-month access period. It never renews, and after the 7-day window it is non-refundable.
5. Billing errors and duplicates
Duplicate charges, failed access after a successful payment, or any billing error are refunded in full. Contact support@sgbtt.org with your receipt and we will resolve it.
6. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
